UoN Hosts the 2nd Annual Employment and Labour Relations Symposium (ELRASE)

The University of Nairobi, in partnership with the Judiciary of Kenya, hosted the 2nd Employment and Labour Relations Annual Symposium and Exhibition (ELRASE - 2) on September 16, 2024, This year's event, themed “The Role of the Employment and Labour Relations Court in Fostering the Right to a World of Work Free from Violence and Harassment,” gathered leading stakeholders from the judiciary, government, labor organizations, and academia to delve into one of the most critical issues of the modern workplace: the elimination of violence and harassment.

Advancing Climate Justice through Inclusive Mitigation and Adaptation Strategies

The University of Nairobi Faculty of law  hosted a groundbreaking Climate Justice Workshop, focusing on climate change mitigation, adaptation, and compensation. The event, held on September 5th, 2024, brought together researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss sustainable approaches to climate action and explore the complex interplay between climate change strategies and social justice.

Class of 2028: Faculty of Law Welcome Address
