Justice Ouko is a holder of Masters in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Egerton University, LLB from University of Nairobi and Diploma from Kenya School of Law.

In 1987, Justice Lenaola joined the University of Nairobi for his LLB (Bachelor of Laws) studies and graduated with a Second-Class Honours Upper Division in 1990.

Lady Justice Njoki Susanna joined the University of Nairobi to pursue a career in Law. She holds a Masters of Law (LL.M) in Human Rights and Civil Liberties from the University of Leicester in England.
