Building Roofs and Raising Floors Through Inclusive Digital Technologies and A Global Fund for Social Protection”, co-organized by the Global Coalition for Social Protection Floors (GCSPF) and Global Call to Action Against Poverty (GCAP) that will bring together speakers from the Governments of Belgium and Finland, with the key note will be given by Olivier de Schutter, independent expert on human rights and extreme poverty. Civil Society panelists represent different constituencies  and regions and the ILO and UNRISD have key roles as does Magdalena Sepulveda as moderator.
