The Faculty conducted an orientation exercise to welcome the new class of 2026 to Parkland Campus and the satellite campuses; Kisumu and Mombasa Campus. Over 500 students were admitted to the faculty

Speaking during the exercise, the Dean Faculty of Law congratulated the new students on their admission. ‘’To the class of 2026, I congratulate you for joining us. This is a premier university and we only admit the best’’. Prof. Winfred said

Prof Winfred also noted the entire supreme court of Kenya is our Alumni and out of the 20,000 lawyers in the country, 13000 are alumni of the University of Nairobi Faculty of law and have made huge contributions to the society.

The Associate Dean Mombasa Campus Dr. Sarah Kinyanjui reminded the new cohort ‘’ Many of the leaders in our country are our Alumni. Do more to be more. Do not water down the UoN brand. You will be great leaders who impact lives in our country’’. She said

Dr. Scholastica Omondi Associate Dean Kisumu campus congratulated the new students and she encouraged them by saying ‘’we hope your 4yr journey will not only be successful but memorable too’’.

The students were encouraged to concentrate on their academics but also have a social life by joining society clubs.  They were also taken through the basics of what their four year academic journey will entail.
