Winnie Kamau

Prof. Winifred Kamau holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University of Nairobi and a PhD from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University in Canada.  She is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of more than twenty years’ standing, is a Certified Public Secretary (CPSK) and qualified for Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb).

Prof. Kamau is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, University of Nairobi and is currently Chair of Private Law Department at the School.  She has extensive experience as a law lecturer, trainer and researcher, with teaching experience at universities in Kenya and Canada.
